Not sure if you are eligible? I offer a free consultation to evaluate your personal situation and see if you are eligible to receive Social Security Disability benefits.

Am I Eligible For SSDI Benefits?

You may find yourself with a serious illness or disability that leaves you unable to work, with little to no income coming in. I understand the urgency of these circumstances. I help clients obtain Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits that they desperately need in a timely fashion.

SSDI and SSI benefits are available for individuals who have been working and paying taxes for years, but have become unable to work because of an illness or disability. To qualify for SSDI benefits, your medical condition must not only prevent you from doing the job you had before your illness or injury, your condition must also prevent you from doing other types of work. Your medical condition must be of the type to result in death or persist for more than one year.

Assistance With The SSDI Claims Process

If you are eligible for SSDI benefits, you must go through the SSDI claims process. If you are not eligible, you may still be able to qualify for SSI benefits instead.

At my firm, I can assist you with the lengthy and detailed claims process. I will help you fill out the initial application and represent you in the subsequent hearing. If your application has been denied, I can also assist you with the appeals.
